HEROS COMMUNITY LAUNCH

The Heroes {Community} Launch is an exclusive opportunity to work directly with Microsoft to host your own launch event around Windows Server 2008, Visual Studio 2008, and SQL Server 2008 Microsoft products. The program will give you the technical training and launch support resources to showcase some of the technical features of these products within your local community.


The Value of being a Heroes {Community} Launch leader:
1. Work directly with Microsoft product groups and subject matter experts to lead a launch event in your local community.
2. Be the first to receive new highly relevant and deeply technical training content for Microsoft Windows Server 2008
3. Participate in live Q & A sessions with Microsoft and community subject matter experts.
4. Receive complimentary Microsoft e-learning courses that focus on the new and enhanced features of Windows Server 2008.

Community Launch Timeline:
Enrollment: Dec 7- Jan 13
1. Access to the Community Launch site, with valuable resources, forums, event readiness guidance and support
2. High Level training available immediately after enrollment

Training: Jan 14-March 7
1. A best-of-class virtual train-the-trainer experience
2. Live Q&A with Product Group & Community Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Training components:
1. Speaker training and event guidance from MS and Community Experts
2. Deep technical and highly relevant (driven by community feedback and insights)

Event Execution: Begin March 17
1. Participant’s hosts launch events in their communities
2. Opportunity to expand community member’s reach, voice, and stature

We heard tht u were telling this competition is over, so couple of our members wrote to Adrew Mason and got invitations to Heros..Thts hw Heros happen here….We mentioned wht we did…!!!

Thats what you feel , you might have got an invitation.Actually we don't cry for invitations (by reading this if u feel that we cry, its totally mistake man). We don't feel any sorry or sad cz we have to mentioned what we have to rather than keep hiding (The Truth is out there my friend). Actually if you feel sad, there is a fact you to be got sad for the Afras presentation. why don't you give a comment on that what he shared with us (Knowledge) We already inside Heros dude ..................

anyway giving an invitation or not, remains with the person who initiated it, we should not question his decision since choice only remains with him

we didnt say any bad to Ruwan , of course he is a nice guy and he does lots of stuff for us , tight with us together to contribute to the community like Paddy and others.

we knew about Heros and about this forum. Im sorry if u didnt know abt it b4 Ruwan mentioned but cz of Ruwan, all of our members got to know abt this. We do really thanks him a lot and we need his help n participation more n more.....Keep it up Ruwan.... This forum from MS is to share what you got about MS knowledge and opportunities being prevent is shows professionalism of him/her.

Hi, Do you guys have any confirmation saying that invitation is over, because even I requested one but never got any feedback saying invitation is over nether saying I have got the invitation, so let’s keep fingers cross.
