SYSTEMS ENGINEERS – Printer/Desktop/Notebook repair
You are required to Attend day to day customer breakdowns and carryout Preventive maintenance activates / Installs and configure printers, PC’s peripheral equipment such as monitors keyboards / Diagnoses hardware, software and operator problems and takes remedial actions or recommends procedural changes / Responds to customers request for assistance by phone, email, or in person.
The ideal candidate should have Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent with technical certificate or related subject with a minimum of 2 years experience in printer repair, desktop/notebook/server diagnosis and repair and Microsoft XP/Vista knowledge. HP certifications on servicing printers, desktops, notebooks and servers will be an added advantage. Good communication skills is very much needed. Selected candidate will have to work at Maldives branch.
