Can't Open the C:\ drive

When I open the C:\  drive in my computer dispaly below mentioned error message always. If anyone know to recover this error please give me a solution. I am using kespersky as my virus guard & I put a full scan for viruses.

Please Help me .........

goto tools -> folder options ... enable show hidden files + remove tick box for hide protected operating system files.  

Open windows explorer and you will find autorun.exe inside ur c:\ drive . remove that file reboot system
