Are there any major changes 07 vs. 10 configuration point of view?
What would be the best combination? 1 or 2 or else
1)AD- 2003 , exchange server OS windows 2008 standard as member server and exchange server 2007
2) AD- 2003 , exchange server OS windows 2008 standard as member server and exchange server 2010

My personal opening is to go for Exchange 2010 with 2008 AD, since u have only 2003 Domain its ok to go for 2003 domain with SP1 or later,
